Did you know that the body, or more precisely the heart, knows in advance what is good and safe for you? The heart literally knows the future earlier than the mind, which tries to convert you to its own. Nowadays, the body is treated as something separate, it is usually the head that rules and directs – this is the world most people live in. Logical thinking, analysis, statistics, reason. What if we made decisions based on feelings and observed how our body reacts to a situation?
If a situation is good for us, we feel peace, bliss, lightness. Just living like in Madrid, high life, we feel great. Your heart beats evenly, you are not besieged by fear or overexcitement. Did it ever occur to you to make some decision and feel a tightness in your chest or a heaviness, as if some literal elephant sat there with its buttocks and sat like that? Or in the extended version he was additionally stomping his feet merrily? And then there’s that pressure in the stomach, some tingling, which may turn out to be those familiar butterflies with fluttering wings, which unfortunately are not a sign that something exciting is coming, but quite the opposite. It means something that we should not enter. And here comes the moment, if you’ve gone into it with great excitement, you see that beautiful, shiny silverware that tempts you with its appearance, it seems to be the “wow” you’ve been waiting so much for. But the body knows its own – something is pressing, something is gripping, but often you don’t even want to fully hear the cry. Because the mind says “Open, open, after all, it shines so nicely”. And what happens? Well, you pour over the soaring butterflies, the stomping of the elephant’s feet and charge into the…swamp.
For the moment you unwrap the silverware with excitement in your eyes, you discover that something is wrong, that something is beginning to stink. Well, and there, and what a surprise! Unfortunately sad – a very beautifully and attractively packaged g*wien. The smell of which, usually very unpleasant, often drags behind you for an unspecified period of time and, in addition, is sometimes difficult to get rid of.
Therefore, it’s not the mind (which oh hell yes, can be mega sexy), but the heart that deserves our attention (and a golden heart can be even more appealing). About the heart and that to reality (although acutely reality is many, if you know what I mean), beautifully wrote Osho:
“The door to reality leads not through the mind, but through the heart. The biggest problem for modern man remains that the emphasis is on training the mind. The heart, on the other hand, remains completely neglected. It does not allow him to feel, feelings are rejected. A person who is guided by feelings is considered weak, childish, immature. Such a person is considered old-fashioned, primitive. Society so strongly condemns feelings and the heart that people are afraid to feel. Man begins to use only his head. The heart is slowly becoming the organ that pumps blood.”
Therefore, instead of training the mind, still new it courses, training, let’s start training our heart and intuition. Once you get there and regain full connectivity, you will find that you already know many things intuitively, out of the blue, but you know. You know where to go, what to do and when. You get access to the Universe’s database of everything. And the source of this knowledge is you. Everything is You.
