Fashion is constantly changing, so it is difficult to replace the contents of our closet every season. And yet, many of these garments, although fashionable today, may come off as kitsch next season. We asked stylist, producer and Fashion Creative person Marta Sinilo about them. “It’s nice if it’s an accoutrement of a trending and figure-fitting model. It is worthwhile to poke around and try on a few pairs. That the pants look attractive and fit our shapes is extremely important. So I recommend brands that deal strictly with jeans, such as Diesel, Levis or our native brand Big Star. Confectioning and manufacturing denim is a higher technology, so it’s worth taking advantage of the experience of these brands.”

Properly selected jeans will not only emphasize the shape of the buttocks and expose the legs, but also hide all the flaws. Every detail here is of great importance: cut, color, and even the shape of the pockets or the height of the state. That’s why every woman should really take the time to find them before buying them: to see how they lie and whether they fit every occasion. There are many different models to choose from: high-waisted jeans, straight-leg jeans or the recently increasingly popular bell-bottoms. It is important that they fit our figure. Jeans will allow you to create a fashionable look with any styling.

White shirt

In childhood, we associated the white shirt only with school: the beginning or end of the school year or other school celebrations. Later, there was an unwritten rule that it should be worn to a job interview. Today, however, it has a much wider application and, moreover, a large number of female supporters. Buying a white shirt seems to be a much simpler solution than buying well-tailored jeans. A white shirt can even be classic in a masculine style. “It’s quality and composition that matter here,” as Marta advises.

“The white shirt has countless incarnations. From elegant or outgoing to very sporty. The main thing is that it should be pristine white and fit well.”

Reliable jacket

A blazer is something that, along with a white shirt, we previously associated only with the business look. Today, however, it is triumphant and is chosen for many different occasions. That’s why it’s all the more worthy of inclusion in the list of 5 things every GentleWoman should have in her closet. The blazer is another trend that is sure to serve us for years to come. The classic in the form of a blazer will work well with both dresses and jeans. You can also use it as a base piece of our closet and just match the rest to it.

Handbag for years to come

As Marta says, the devil is in the details. However, it is not the jewelry and glasses that are most important. What else is worth having? “Probably the most essential in a woman’s image is always the shoes and the handbag.” Currently we have a whole bunch of bags and purses to choose from. Their color, shape or material is up to you! A few years ago, the shopper bag was popular, but now they have been replaced by much smaller and handier mini bags.

“A handbag should express you. To serve you for a long time, to fit your character and what you do in life. It doesn’t have to be some super turbo luxury brand, the important thing is that it be “yours”. Preferably leather. It can be VINTAGE, because I have the impression that bags used to be of better quality than they are now.”

Major fashion houses are outdoing themselves with ideas to attract the attention of women around the world. Currently, perhaps the most coveted handbag is the one from the house of Hermes Birkin. However, its purchase is not at all that simple. To get their product, you have to join a waiting list, and the wait for your dream handbag can take up to several years. However, there are also many other brands worth looking at. Not only do you not have to wait too long for them, but they also do not cost a small fortune.

“Great bags are made by Coccinelle. It is also worth noting our native brands, such as Hollie Warsaw and Zosia Chylak. Here again, the same rule applies as with shoes and jeans, that is, it is best to choose one from a brand that specializes specifically in handbags.”

Good shoes

Good shoes, contrary to appearances, should be the basis of our styling. Every woman should certainly have several pairs in her closet, but which ones should you choose? They should not only be pretty, but also comfortable. Especially since we often spend the whole day in them: from going to work in the morning, to shopping in the afternoon and going out for a quick drink with a friend. “It’s better to have one good pair of shoes than 1,000 bad ones,” – Marta Sinilo advises. And he knows this like few others, because he spends his days on the run. So shoes are the last of the 5 things every GentleWoman should have in her closet.

It is advisable to choose a classic model that will suit many different styles: from sporty to elegant. But is this even possible? Of course it is! At the same time, they do not have to be heeled shoes at all. Convenience and comfort are also important here. A high heel is not a good option especially for people who have back problems. Then you can bet on a proven model on a flat sole, which are also suitable for any occasion. You will feel comfortable and feminine in them.

“You can always enliven or change the design of your shoe by adding colorful socks or interesting tights. Great shoes in my opinion are made by the Polish brand Balagan Studio, Vanda Novak or Mako SHOES.”

The price of good leather shoes can be as much as several hundred zlotys, but it is worth investing in them. Well, that’s right, because a good shoe or handbag is precisely an investment. If we take proper care of them, they will serve us for many years.
